【Origin】

In March 2016 and May 2017, AlphaGo defeated the world's No. 3 Go player and the world's No. 1 top player respectively. This epoch-making achievement caused a sensation in the world. Artificial intelligence has developed some applications in different fields, and the competition or coordination between our workplace and artificial intelligence has gradually become the norm. In the past few years, Taiwan's industrial AI and AI industrialization have flourished. The application of AI across various industries is still ongoing, with unlimited potential. In order to promote the teaching and research of artificial intelligence in our school and cultivate talents with cross-domain application ability of artificial intelligence technology, the "Artificial Intelligence Office" was set up.

【Promoting Outlook】

The work of the AI Office is to integrate internal and external resources to promote the breadth and depth of AI teaching and research. In addition to programming and AI-related courses, it also focuses on the cultivation of cross-disciplinary talents in various fields and AI.
